Agent: €70m not enough for Hulk

The agent of FC Porto striker Hulk has warned suitors that not even a €70 million offer could lure him away from the club.

The Brazilian has been linked with a move to cash-rich Manchester City, who look set to lose out on Udinese attacker Alexis Sanchez to Barcelona.
The Eastlands club have now turned their attention on Hulk, who has also attracted the interest of several top European sides after his impressive performances for treble-winning Porto.
But his agent Teodoro Fonseca, well aware of City's massive spending power, has made it clear how much Hulk is worth at the very least.
"Let me use a Portuguese expression to respond to that: that figure [€41 million] is too short, even to begin negotiations," Teodoro Fonseca told Record.
"He will not leave even for €70 million. He won four out of five possible titles last year, was the top scorer in the Portuguese league, picked up countless assists...all that has to be taken into consideration when it is time to negotiate."
The 24-year-old, who has a release clause of €100m, joined Porto from Tokyo Verdy and has been a key member of the Portuguese club's squad since his arrival.
