NFL: Three more signings for Eagles

NFL: Three more signings for Eagles
The Philadelphia Eagles continue to be the biggest movers in free agency after signing three more players, including running back Ronnie Brown.
Former Miami Dolphins star Brown has agreed to a one-year deal with Philadelphia and is likely to serve as back-up to LeSean McCoy.
The Eagles have also brought in safety Jarrad Page and offensive tackle Ryan Harris, who were out of contract with the New England Patriots and Denver Broncos respectively.
Brown was drafted with the second overall pick by Miami in 2005 and went on to score 36 rushing touchdowns for the franchise. He was selected to the Pro Bowl in 2008.
Before the 29-year-old joined, Philadelphia had Eldra Buckley, who was given just 36 carries in the last two years, behind McCoy on the depth chart.
"Ronnie is an all-around running back with a versatile skill set," Eagles general manager Howie Roseman told the Eagles' official website.
"He can run the ball, catch it, and does very well in pass protection. He'll add some good size to our backfield and he's a good character guy."
Philadelphia have already sealed deals for the likes of Nnamdi Asomugha, Vince Young, Cullen Jenkins and Jason Babin in free agency while they have also traded for Dominique Rodgers-Cromartie.
It is not all good news, however, as star wide receiver DeSean Jackson is yet to report to training camp as he is currently holding out for a new contract.
