Football News: Japan.

World Cup winners Japan will be looking to make Asia proud once more when they take on France in the semi-finals of the women's football tournament on Day 10 at London 2012.
The Japanese can add an Olympic gold medal to the World Cup trophy they won a year ago if they win on Monday and then beat the winner of the other semi-final between Canada and the USA in the final.
At the Olympic Stadium, Russian Yelena Isinbayeva will be the biggest name on show on Day 10. The world record-holder will be looking for a third successive gold medal in the women's Pole Vault on Monday.
Meanwhile, home favourite and Great Britain team captain Dai Greene will also get his chance to shine at the Olympic Stadium when the final of the men's 400m Hurdles gets underway later.
Other medals to be handed out in Athletics come in the men's 400m, the women's Shot Put and 3000m Steeplechase.
Elsewhere, there are medal events scheduled in Artistic Gymnastics (men's Rings and Vault and the women's Uneven Bars) as well as in Shooting (men's Trap, men's 50m Rifle Three Positions) and Greco-Roman Wrestling (60kg, 84kg and 120kg).
