Mary Kom fails to make finals

Mary Kom crashed out of the Olympics after going down to England's Nicola Adams in the semi-finals of the women's 51 kg (flyweight) boxing event.

Mary Kom, who looked far from her composed self in the ring, trailed right through the bout.
The first round was lost 1-3, while Adams took the second 2-1, the third 3-2 before returning to blow the Indian away in the fourth round 3-2 again to win the fight 11-6.
However, Mary Kom will bring home a bronze medal, having made it to the semi-finals.
