Barcelona eye shock move for Nani

With Nani unsettled at Manchester United after the arrival of Ashley Young, Barcelona may look to make a shock move for the Portuguese.

The Catalan club's bid for Udinese's Alexis Sanchez has been dragging on, and has been in doubt during recent weeks with big-spenders like Manchester City and Chelsea stepping in to declare their interest in the wing wizard.
According to reports from Sport, Barcelona are looking at making a bid for the Red Devil should their pursuit of Sanchez end in failure.
The Portuguese had a stellar season for United last season, scoring nine goals and setting up 18 more in the Premier League, but still failed to secure a consistent starting place in the first eleven as Sir Alex Ferguson rotated him with Antonio Valencia and Park Ji-Sung.
The competition for places can only get worse, and Nani could be further worried by the £20million arrival of Young from Aston Villa earlier this summer.

Already, the vultures are circling at Old Trafford, with Juventus and Bayern Munich looking at the tricky winger with hungry eyes, and he may well decide that a move to La Liga to join Barcelona could present a new challenge.
