Honda flattered by Juventus link

Japan and CSKA Moscow midfielder Keisuke Honda is flattered to be linked with Italian giants Juventus.

Japanese sports daily Sports Nippon reported on Tuesday that the Turin giants are in talks over a possible move for the 25-year-old.
Speaking to the same source on his return to Japan on his summer break, Honda claims he is pleased to be linked with such an illustrious club like Juventus.
"Nothing has been decided yet, but maybe you can actually tell me something about it," enthused the bright-haired midfielder.
"Frankly, I think it is not a bad thing when my name is associated with a big club."
However, the Japan international refused to rule out a move.
"I kind of feel I am out of the tunnel [and], just as before, my will to pick up a challenge at a higher level hasn't changed," said Honda.
Sports Nippon foresees a price-tag of around €10 million for Honda and claims if a deal does get struck between Juventus and CSKA Moscow, the player might fly directly to Italy after his vacation in Japan.
