Sauber's Sergio Perez glad to be back

Sauber's Sergio Perez glad to be back
Sergio Perez is ready to return to grand prix action this weekend following a successful day of practice.
Perez emerged from both 90-minute sessions ahead of the European Grand Prix at the Valencia Street Circuit feeling no ill effects from his accident in Monaco four weeks ago.
Sauber's 21-year-old Mexican rookie spent two days in hospital with concussion following what was a heavy shunt.
Although then declared fit to race for the Canadian Grand Prix, Perez pulled out at the end of first practice after complaining of feeling unwell.
But after finishing 16th in Friday's practice, 1.5secs quicker than team-mate Kamui Kobayashi, Perez was more than happy.
"More than anything I'm happy to be back in the car," said Perez.
"Everything went okay, I feel well and I have done a lot of work over the last weeks to get there.
"I picked up speed quite quickly and this is good, although overall it looks as if we are a bit off the pace here.
"We have quite a lot of work to do to sort out the car, so we just need to sort out several things and I hope for a good qualifying."
