Inter Milan join race for Vidal

Inter Milan joined in the race with Juventus and Bayern Munich for the signature of Bayer Leverkusen midfielder Arturo Vidal.

The Nerazzurri have started their summer transfer spending with the acquisition of Ricky Alvarez earlier this week.
And according to La Gazzetta dello Sport, Inter coach Gian Piero Gasperini is ready to make his second summer signing in the form of Vidal.
The 24-year-old has attracted the interest of both Juvenus and Bayern after his impressive performances for Leverkusen last season.
And with Gasperini fearing the worse over the future of Wesley Sneijder, who has been strongly linked with Manchester United, he sees Vidal as the ideal replacement for the Dutchman.
Vidal currently has a contract which runs out next summer and is reluctant to discuss a new deal.
This may force Leverkusen to cash in on him as they could lose the midfielder for nothing.
Vidal is currently with Argentina in the Copa America.
