Bayern chief slams City tactics

Bayern Munich chief executive Karl-Heinz Rummenigge has hit out at Manchester City over the potential sale of Jerome Boateng.
The German defender has openly spoken of his desire to leave Eastlands after failing to cement a first team place under manager Roberto Mancini.
However, City remain unwilling to let the 22-year-old leave cheaply as they signed the player for £10.5million only last summer.
According to The Sun, the Barclays Premier League side have slapped a £17million price tag on Boateng which the Bundesliga side are refusing to meet. Bayern have also grown frustrated at the lack of dialogue from City over the availability of the former HSV man.
"They are using a tactic I've never seen," Rummenigge was quoted as saying by the newspaper.
"They don't respond, even if we try to contact them.
"I think they are going to have 48 players under contract but according to Financial Fair Play they can have only 25.
"According to their last balance sheet, if I'm correct, they're down £127million.
"Maybe they still have a trick up their sleeves but I'm not sure that they will be permitted to play in the Champions League."
Bayern have already made several forays into the transfer market this summer including signing Manuel Neuer from Schalke, Rafinha from Genoa while youngsters Nils Petersen and Takashi Usami have been brought in as well.
